Commission Schedule

You will be paid 5% of all event ticket and event ticket package sales that are purchased through your unique link to our inventory.

Commission is not paid on tax or shipping charges.

Each month that you have $20 or more in your account a check will automatically be mailed to you. Any month that has less than $20 in your account will carry over until your account reaches $20. Since our average order is over $300 your commissions can grow quickly.

How does the associates program work?
As an associate you would be provided with banners or buttons to be placed on your web site along with a unique URL. When one of your customers clicks on the banner that is placed on your site they will be taken to the tixx.com  web site. If they purchase during a visit from your site you will receive a commission based upon the amount of the sale.

Why should I partner with tixx.com rather than another ticket broker?
tixx.com  is the first and finest full service ticket broker on the web. Ticket inventory is displayed in most major markets nationwide and is available for online ordering. Prior to the online sales we have provided nationwide availability on event tickets since 1979.

Who can join the associates program?
Any website can apply for the program, however tixx.com  reserves the right to refuse any site. We do NOT approve any applications from web sites that:

  • Promote sexually explicit materials or nudity
  • Promote violence
  • Promote any type of discrimination
  • Promote illegal activities
  • Violate any copyrights or intellectual property rights
  • Promote the use of bulk email or spam

 

How and when will I be paid?
Referral fees are paid monthly by check if there is $20 or more in the account. If there is less than $20 in the account the amount will roll over to the next month and accumulate there until the $20 minimum check is reached. Once $20 or more accumulates the account will be paid in the next monthly cycle.

How do you keep track of my sales?
When a user clicks through from your website your unique identifier will be assigned to that session. A temporary cookie is placed on their hard drive that will follow them through the transaction. Once a purchase is made the amount of the sale is placed as a pending sale for you. Once the order is verified the amount will show up in your account.

How can I create links to tixx.com ?
Once you apply to be an associate you will be sent an email with the specific link that you need to use when you link to our site. Remember that the user must enter our site with your unique link for commission to be paid. Graphics will also be made available to enhance your link to our site.

How much does it cost?
There is no charge to participate in our associates program.

How can I view my statistics?
After registration you will have a unique login and password that allows you to access your account information including sales and click throughs.

What are the responsibilities?
You are responsible for:

  • Creating accurate links to our site so we may track your sales
  • Displaying our logo in a prominent place on your site
  • Ensuring that your web site does not violate any copyright, trademark, or other laws
  • Ensuring that your web site contains material that is appropriate for affiliation with tixx.com
We are responsible for:
  • Order processing
  • Delivering products
  • Providing great customer service
  • Paying you commission

 

Will I earn commission for all products displayed on tixx.com ?
Commission will be paid for any event tickets or event package tours that are purchased online directly from your unique link. Orders that are not placed online are not eligible for commission. Commission will not be paid for any other items displayed on our web site such as travel reservations or items in the shopping mall.

Do I have to have a sports or entertainment site to join?
No. Any site can apply to become an associate of tixx.com . The sites that will have the most success will probably be related to the sports or entertainment industry, however some unrelated sites have also had good luck with the program.

My web site is under construction ... can I apply now?
No. Your site must be "live" when you apply to become an associate member. Please apply once your site is "live".

My web site is outside the U.S. ... can I still join?
Yes, but please keep in mind that most of our tickets are for events taking place within the United States and all prices will be quoted in U.S. dollars. Commission checks will also be made payable in U.S. dollars.

What if my content changes after I join the program?
As long as you do not violate any of our guidelines you can continue to operate as an associate member of tixx.com .

Can I use the tixx.com name in my press release?
Yes, but only if you identify your relationship clearly as a member of our associates program. At no time can you infer any other type of relationship other than that you are participating in our associates program. Acceptance in our associates program is not an endorsement of your product or web site.

Membership Agreement.
Please read the agreement document below before registering.

1) Term of the Agreements: The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. You are only eligible to earn referral fees on sales occurring during the term.

2) Modification: We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on this site. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and Program rules. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING OUR POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE.

3) Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under to this Agreement.

4) Independent Investigation: YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE MAY AT ANY TIME (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) SOLICIT CUSTOMER REFERRALS ON TERMS THAT MAY DIFFER FROM THOSE CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR OPERATE WEB SITES THAT ARE SIMILAR TO OR COMPETE WITH YOUR WEB SITE. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.

5) Miscellaneous: This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Rockford, Illinois, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of and be enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
